I purchased this product November 2021. It's now July 2022 and the fill door pins have broken off. The fill door is hinged at the base and can get knocked off if bumped. If this happens enought times, the pins brake off leaving the door separate. I have a WaterPik flosser as well and their design has the fill door high up on the reservoir preventing it from being damaged bumps to the base. Mornwell provides a 12 month warranty but there was no contract info. Walmart told me to email service@mornwell.com so I did 5 days ago with the same photo and never received a response. I resent the request today with delivery and open notification so I can see if they actually open the email. I'll add an update in a week.
