Big and powerful for my opinion

Works exactly as advertised. Definitely need to work your gums up to the "normal" power level. I wouldn't suggest this for travel as it's fairly bulky. Mine lives next to my electric toothbrush and it has found several chunks the toothbrush missed. Also, quite good at getting popcorn hulls dislodged!

As good as WaterPik!

I bought my wife a WaterPik, and this one for myself, and both are great! In fact, I think the water reservoir lasts longer in this one. It comes with many heads and is of good quality.I really like its three-second crescendo function, the pressure gradually increases, it is very good for the gums, and it feels very comfortable. Anyway, this is a good product and I recommend it. Especially because it is so much more affordable than the name brand!

Disappointed: my feedback

6 months in and while I keep the flosser plugged in and charging, it only goes for a few seconds before stopping all together. I’ve been trying for over a month now to just keep pressing and use it this way and I’m just fed up now. Tried to contact them a couple weeks ago too via their website but no response 🤦🏽‍♀️ Disappointed

GREAT pressure -- BUT they only last a couple of months

This Water Flosser has better pressure than another brand we also purchased here on Walmart, and we were thrilled when we first received it in July of 2021. However, after about 7 months, the thing died completely. Fortunately, Mornwell replaced it with a new one. That one died in Feb of this year.They're not overly costly, and when the first one died, I immediately purchased a replacement on Walmart, so we wouldn't have to wait for however long it might take to get a warranty replacement…

It is good, not great!

It does its job good but two things I do not like about it: (1) The orifice to fill water is at the bottom, since my sink is small, I can never fill it more than 50%. My previous floss had the cap in the middle and I was able to fill it up easy. (2) The size of the hole of the water pick could have been a bit smaller. It is a bit bigger for cleaning between gums, and due to its large size, the pressure is not strong. I have to use thread floss and water pick to get a better clean.

Perfect until it’s not.

When I first got this it was perfect. Had it for two months and then it started leaking out water. Possibly is the little door where you put water on the back. Just be mindful that you’ll have to replace it after awhile.

couple suggestions what to look for

This is a first time I use such device. Overall I didn't like it at the moment. For those who need it anyway I will suggest to look for the following features:1. device powered while the button is pressed and unpowered while it's released. This way it would be much easier to control like an electric drill.2. mode switch and power buttons should be much far from each other. Waterpik is more or less same thing. This one will do the job. Just be aware, usb charger is not included. I happened to have an old one. I think they should mention in description.

Good value but fill door did not last long

I purchased this product November 2021. It's now July 2022 and the fill door pins have broken off. The fill door is hinged at the base and can get knocked off if bumped. If this happens enought times, the pins brake off leaving the door separate. I have a WaterPik flosser as well and their design has the fill door high up on the reservoir preventing it from being damaged bumps to the base. Mornwell provides a 12 month warranty but there was no contract info. Walmart told me to email…

Works exactly as advertised. Mostly I'm happy with this product. My trouble with it is that the tiny filter part on the bottom of the tube had come off and was in the water tank loose. Took me a few minutes to fish the little parts out of the tank. It was really difficult to put the part(s) back on the hose. It's tiny and hard to handle. (It flipped on to my white tile floor and blended right in. Even with a flashlight it was hard to find.) Works great now though. Wish I could put mouthwash in…
