It does its job good but two things I do not like about it: (1) The orifice to fill water is at the bottom, since my sink is small, I can never fill it more than 50%. My previous floss had the cap in the middle and I was able to fill it up easy. (2) The size of the hole of the water pick could have been a bit smaller. It is a bit bigger for cleaning between gums, and due to its large size, the pressure is not strong. I have to use thread floss and water pick to get a better clean.
