This Water Flosser has better pressure than another brand we also purchased here on Walmart, and we were thrilled when we first received it in July of 2021. However, after about 7 months, the thing died completely. Fortunately, Mornwell replaced it with a new one. That one died in Feb of this year.They're not overly costly, and when the first one died, I immediately purchased a replacement on Walmart, so we wouldn't have to wait for however long it might take to get a warranty replacement shipped to us -- so we already had our "backup" unit here and ready to start using. I didn't bother filing a second warranty claim on the first one (which had still not lasted the year it's guaranteed for). Instead, we just began using the new one we had bought in February.In June, that one died as well, and they sent a replacement for it.Now THAT one has died, and we purchased (PAID FOR) a third unit earlier this month (September 2022).We LOVE the water pressure of this flosser, but after two emails to Customer Service, Mornwell has not replied to me about the latest failure.I repeat, We've bought THREE units in just over a year, and been shipped TWO replacement units.As much as we like the water pressure, we're now looking for a different brand of cordless water flosser.Any recommendations out there?
