First off I think they sent me jersey liners instead of fleece. (I can't say for sure as there are no descriptive terms on the packaging.) Second, although seals absorb liquid, they do not prevent leaks at all. I think I have to dip a lot because when I'm breastfeeding, even if I use TWO pads instead of one, the pad will have a wet spot all over it on the non-nursing side. So I figured I'd use them at night (my baby sleeps through the night so I just need something to keep the sheets from getting wet). That doesn't work either unless I use a waterproof pad under one of these. They're not terrible, but I wouldn't use them except for very light protection. I'll look for something else with a waterproof backing.
