Fits me very well. They are soft, a good size and have never leaked on me. I don't typically spend more than 3 hours breastfeeding or pumping, and I'm not a big fan of leakage. First off I think they sent me jersey liners instead of fleece. (I can't say for sure as there are no descriptive terms on the packaging.) Second, although seals absorb liquid, they do not prevent leaks at all. I think I have to dip a lot because when I'm breastfeeding, even if I use TWO pads instead of one, the pad will have a wet spot all over it on the non-nursing side.
