Great product with great taste. Very refreshing. and that after almost a year of use. You'll realize how irritating regular fluoride toothpaste is to your gums. Ever since I was a child, my dentist has ALWAYS told me that I didn't brush my teeth hard enough or long enough. So I went home and every time I brushed my teeth harder. Now that I'm an adult I have receding gums due to poor instructions from dentists who now know nothing about oral health. My current dentist has warned me that I may need gum surgery soon. After I stopped using fluoride toothpaste and switched to this, my gum health has improved a lot. My last visit to the dentist showed that my gums have improved a lot and that I no longer have cavities and am completely healthy. I switched to fluoride toothpaste for a few days because I ran out of Tom's toothpaste. it burned my gums and irritated my mouth. I can't believe how powerful the chemical fluoride is now that I've stopped using it. I used to be a fluoride advocate but now I realize I was doing more harm to my mouth and was just supporting the dental industry that makes billions from us for promoting products that could keep them in business. Switch to this product and use it for 3-6 months and you will notice the difference too.
