I bought this particular trampoline based on the reviews on durability, customer service and of course how much others liked it. If I could return it I would. We ended up giving it to my kids, who were 6 and 7 at the time, a few days after Christmas because "Santa Claus took this to Grandma and Grandma" because you could see it said on the box. Now my kids are maybe 50 pounds and they are never allowed to jump on it together. Within the first 20 minutes of the jump, the grip became so loose that the kids could swing it back and forth a few inches. I removed the handle and my 18 year old son helped me re-tighten my legs.
