Size not sure.: Pre-Workout
The size of these capsules has always given me some concern when taking my morning supplements. Despite my caution, one of these got stuck in the side of my throat this morning, triggering a panic reflex. I quickly swallowed some more liquid and the capsule went down, but I definitely don't want to go through that climb. I threw all the remaining capsules in the trash and will order such a product from another company. I see no reason why the capsule should be so big. See picture for comparison with my multivitamin.
