Works great for small appliance parts and accessories
This part fits. This part is similar to the previous one. Those two things speak volumes. I was happy to find such a part for an old pressure cooker. We're sticking with these old plates because they're made of thicker stainless steel than some of the newer ones. Fixing them is slightly cheaper than replacing them. Some people are afraid to use them. We learned: keep them clean, keep the relief valves clean and change the rubber and they will continue to perform flawlessly. It's nice to be able to cook food in 5 or 10 minutes instead of hours.
