Review on Noctua NF-S12A ULN: The Ultimate Ultra Quiet 120mm Silent Fan (Brown, 3-Pin) by Darryl Duncan

There were two systems with cheap fans that came with the cases. Although they lasted for several years (my systems run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), they all seemed to fail at once. I first bought Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-2000 and Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-3000, the Heavy Duty ones were locked in a remote soundproof location, they would be fine but it was like sitting next to a freight train. The airflow was strong, but the noise level was intense. Then I bought this Noctua NF-S12A ULN, Ultra Quiet Silent Fan and I installed the first one. Bought the second. You are quiet. The airflow is enough to exchange the internal air of a standard ATX case every 2 seconds. I'm sitting literally 1ft from the computer and can't hear two fans I'm planning to buy a few more for the second case.
