My review relates more to the seller than to the product. The product is of excellent quality and well packaged. Installing the screen was very easy using the tools that came with the replacement screen and a good heat gun. Unfortunately, the iPhone 8 Plus screen replacement uncovered more problems with the phone than the screen replacement could solve. The seller is very helpful and responds to messages. Every message I sent during the exchange was answered within a few hours at most, usually within 30 minutes. In my experience, Jenny went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with the product I received, including sending a replacement to rule out a product defect. I would buy from this seller again anytime.
