Honestly surprised at how much I love this cute workout set! I'm tall and was afraid it would be too short - but it's SO GOOD. I took a chance as there is only one review but I will definitely be buying more kits from this company! LOVE IT! I did cardio and lifted in this set, it was not transparent and I felt very comfortable in all movements :)
