I like the ease of use. It's easy to navigate through and connect to my office network so that i can use it as if it were in my office. The sound quality isn't great but it does improve after the first few minutes. If you're looking for something that has no frills, this is it. It works well with the rest of our infrastructure and has solved many problems. There are no features we've needed that it doesn't have. I'm not sure what else to say about it. It solves our need for a unified communications platform.
