Review on NielsenIQ - Byzzer Platform by Scoony Taker

I like that it is easy to understand how my customers use their products in different locations at home versus work. It also gives me insight into things such as brand loyalty which helps guide future marketing decisions. The software sometimes takes awhile to load so be patient if this occurs. There are definitely better tools out there but we wanted something simple enough for our users to navigate through with ease. Tracking customer usage across multiple branches has been greatly simplified thanks to Byzzer's dashboard feature.
