I ordered one for one of my sons and it worked (well, as it should). Then my other son started "borrowing" it from his brother all the time, so I decided to order another one. However, this time the adapter was different and didn't work ☹️ The company sent an email to ask how I like the product and I told them it didn't work. They quickly sent me a replacement (which was now identical to the first one I ordered) and worked perfectly. Good product (if you get the right item 😉) and definitely great customer service.
