Review on 🧹 Severin Germany Corded Vacuum Cleaner in Platinum Grey by Jill Ross

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Small features = great benefit for seniors

I've had the vacuum cleaner from Severin for a few days now, I've vacuumed the house once and it's already impressive. To make sure it's light, the motor is very quiet, its suction power is fine. None of these things surprised me because they were mentioned in the reviews. What really surprised me were just a few very small details that I immediately noticed and that most older people would have noticed as well. First off, connectors aren't those horrible little buttons you push with your old fingers to snap parts together. And heaven help us to take it apart so you can store your vacuum cleaner. Our old hands and fingers just can't do it anymore. Severin has a civilized rectangular plate that you can slide around with ease - and voila, everything fits together. What a relief: I didn't have to call for help to attach the pieces of tubing. Second, Severin installed a rubberized sleeve in the place where the plug was recessed, so that the plug itself would not cut into the vacuum cleaner's body. As I had to replace a worn fork on my Oreck, I can tell you that the work is no fun. I don't know what else I'll find as long as I keep using my Severin, but I'm already in love with him. I haven't read a single review mentioning these features at all, but I bet other seniors or people with weak hands/fingers will find this vacuum very useful and easy to use.
