These brackets are for light shelving and other items you want to hang on the wall. The tiny screws are pretty much useless - not long enough to provide any real holding power. In addition, the countersunk hole is not deep enough so that the screw head does not sit flush with the bracket. To counteract this, you need to push the piece deeper into the wood so the screw heads don't damage the wall surface when you slide it down to hold it in place. To use them I need to increase the countersink and get better screws. .wouldn't buy again.
