Some products just don't suit everyone (sorry for the pun). The flavor of Ice Rocket Frost is pretty good. Not my favorite but it's pretty good. Efficiency as an energy pump, pre-workout pump, etc. is pretty good too. Again not my favorite but no complaints. I feel like I got the most out of every pre-workout I've ever done. I'm a Stim (stimulator) head. I almost always have one of these products in my office. Thing is, I'm well versed in pre-workout powders. I've never been pushed into a bathroom like this before. It's fair to assume it could be something different or a mix of things in my diet, but I've made several attempts and am pretty sure it's the right thing. I've been in the supplement market long enough to know that some things don't work for everyone. This doesn't work for me. Well, actually in terms of energy, but I spend half the day in the bathroom. However, this does not mean that this company does not make a good product. Just my honest review.
