I've been using this product for about a month now and in my opinion for a product that improves circulation in the legs you probably won't find a better price point. I use it twice a day for 20-40 minutes each time and it does wonders for my circulation and muscle tone in my legs. But I've had chronic foot pain for the last few years so I decided to try this device to see if it would help. It didn't just help with chronic pain. in my legs, but the chronic lower back pain that I thought needed surgery is almost completely gone. Makes me think it might just be a problem with blood flow to the nerves in my lower spine. The only two reasons I took a star off their rating and some people may not think one of my reasons is fair... The device is indeed intended for people with much larger feet who are likely to experience edema and swelling due to such conditions struggling with diabetes or heart disease. Without installing the size-extension plates that came with the kit, I basically have to pull the Velcro straps all the way to keep them snug on my feet, and I'm quite a tall person at 6ft 260lbs. If you are a petite runner or woman, you may find that you cannot pull these cuffs over your legs tight enough to get a good compression effect. So you can look at another model and this company makes other models. Overall though, I'm happy with that aspect and I feel like I can use this machine for quite a while if I don't lose a lot of weight. Second, I would like them to make a set of wrist sleeves for the same pump so I can do something about similar chronic pain in my arms. I've had a very hard time finding a device like this that will work on your guns at any price point under $300. Spend another $50 to add a set of handcuffs to a device I already have so I don't have to mothball that device and buy another whole device that does legs and arms. Perhaps the company is considering releasing an additional kit.
