If you're a mom who has to pump, wondering if you can go a day without pumping. Now ask yourself if you can go 2 months without pumping because that's how Philips set us up. Great product, five stars but I have to deduct 4 stars for the service. This is one of the most expensive breast pumps you can buy, but if it breaks, Philips won't replace it. Philips recognized our pump as defective and promised to replace it... 2 months ago. Every week they send an email that they are working on it but it's out of stock. It's stocked on their website, it's stocked at Revain, but they can't replace faulty pumps because they're "out of stock". We've called them 6 times now and each time they escalate the issue I assume the CEO is working on it now because I can't imagine how much further they can escalate this issue. If you like this pump, buy it, but be ready to buy another pump if it breaks because Philips won't replace it even if they promise. If anyone at Philips reads this, please send us the promised replacement pump. At this rate, our daughter will be in college before we get a replacement for the broken pump they sold us.
