I purchased this as a gift for my 16 year old for Christmas - it was like a gift for both of us - We love it! It has a radio, CD, plays vinyl, and we can't wait to use the MP3 function to record old records. It has a sort of retro look that she likes (the Crosley machines are more in a box - but ratings/reviews were low), she set it up in a short amount of time, the speaker quality is great, it's easy to use. I did a lot of research on various models, and this got the best ratings for everything it does. Also it was packaged well. I am so happy with this purchase and I would recommend to anyone looking for a turntable. Oh, the most surprising thing.in this day in age with all the technology, she was blown away that the needle arm did an automatic return after the record ended.I wish you could have seen her face! Priceless!
