Works great when used as intended (with water)! It took me a few tries to find the right ratio of water to makeup and I applied it with makeup foam. The makeup dries quickly, doesn't feel sticky or sticky and I was able to apply another makeup over it without damaging the original makeup. It lasted all night (about 4-5 hours each night) and didn't smudge. Removal at the end of the night was easy with no skin irritation. The first night I used soap and warm water, the second night I used makeup wipes. Both times the makeup came off effortlessly and left no stains on the skin. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that it took a couple of 2-3 coats to get even coverage.
