The texture of my long hair changes after using the shampoo and mask. It feels so dry and air dries too quickly a few minutes after washing and conditioning leaving a head full of dry down. I bought it because others said it helps with hair loss. In my case there is no difference. Too bad it's too late for a refund - what happened to the satisfaction or $$ refund policies?
