The general build quality of the casters themselves is quite good. They seem to roll well, lock well and pick up a decent amount of weight without showing any sign of drag. The price was also average for an all-plastic construction (minus the threads). However, the carving looked a little different. The 5/16-inch bolt or rubber feet that came with several of the shelves we tested them with screw in well. However, things didn't go so well for her. They get stuck about 15% of the way and you either have to make some effort to get them in or avoid damaging the threads of the device you're attaching them to. Luckily we had a department that wasn't really important to us. So we just tighten the threads with a wrench (we will never remove the wheels). To make matters worse, the wheels turned out to be a used product. The listing was for a 'new' product but they are shipping used product instead. So these wheels were ordered/used by someone else (or at least tried to be used as we're pretty sure they had the same threading issue as us and sent them back). That was a real insult as unfortunately it is some kind of switchbait. The thread issue lowered the score, but the product used knocked the floor out from under as we cannot support dishonest practices.
