Didn't like it. The reason I bought this was to store my stuff because my phone had a lot of storage and my phone was slowing down. My photos of my grandchildren were the main reason I needed more storage space. I also use it for my scrapbooking which is great. I didn't really expect it to be great because it was renovated but when I unpacked it to set everything up and make sure it was clean and defragged it I was very disappointed to find that I had a lot a laptop had something to do with it. . Thanks for watching YouTube, I was able to clear a lot of the memory that was in the laptop. I figured it was at least on a factory reset since the overhaul because I felt like it was in use, so I needed to know if something needed to be done. Well, as soon as. When I opened my Windows 10 on my HP laptop, I saw that it still had files on it and I had to delete everything. Just remember that when you buy a refurbished laptop you are checking everything you need to do to have a decent fast computer.
