. I'm really surprised by the other Jovitec Quick Link reviews. The links I received are fake Chinese fakes. In general, Chinese bicycle products are pretty good these days. However, these links are not fixed. They are easy to attach and easy to remove with your fingers. While it is possible for the links to remain on the chain under tension, a great deal of side-to-side flexing occurs because the outer plates do not fit snugly into the channels on the free ends of the links. So I'm sure these links will cause shifting issues and will definitely wear out quicker. Above all, I see the danger that they could break under load. It's not worth the risk to me. I threw mine in the trash.
