Review on 📶 Moultrie Mobile MV2 Field Modem: Enhancing Remote Wildlife Monitoring with Verizon Network Connectivity by Sirious Cavalli

Bought this item in April 2019. My modem didn't work. Connect to the server. I contacted Moultrie support and they were very happy to send me a new modem when they received my broken modem. Having installed this in my hunting club I think it does a good job of sending photos. BUT HOWEVER I get notifications about 2 times a week that my Moultrie modem is not a camera. The battery is low and at 0% and I know I put new AA lithium batteries in both. camera and modem. About 10 minutes later I check the modem status in the moultrie modem app and it says the modem battery is 100% charged and we have 4 moultrie modem settings in our hunting area and we all have the same problem. ALSO very disappointed in the fact that you can switch the camera from pictures to videos within the app. But. Once you have done this you will no longer receive photos and videos that cannot be uploaded to the Moultrie mobile app. So if you switch to video, the modem is useless at this point. It really doesn't help that I'm 1.5 hours from my hunting club. So it's not like driving down the street to get my chip when I want to watch a video. Called Moultrie Mobile Support and even they were confused and had no idea. You couldn't view videos from your app. They said they would keep it as notes. CM. The whole purpose of this setup is to avoid visiting and chip pulling and keep the pressure on your hunting ground. BECAUSE of these bugs and problems. My hunting club and neighboring hunting clubs have decided to use a different brand that allows you to watch videos and photos from the comfort of your own home. I hope this helps the guys.
