I had to reverse the polarity
the fan installed easily. Fit was good. During the first test drive, the air blew very weakly. The fan was definitely spinning. I heard it pick up speed as I toggled the speed controller. Fan removed and electrics connected. The fan worked fine, but the direction of rotation seemed wrong. I checked the fan housing and found that the fan motor is rotating in the wrong direction. I managed to change the wires in the connector and now the fan spins as it should. Put it back together and now I have great air movement.
