I've connected my house (I know I'm going backwards. While everyone is looking for a stronger WiFi signal, I turned off WiFi in my house). I need an adapter to connect the cable to my laptop. That works great. The speed is much faster than WiFi and much more consistent. I still have connection issues sometimes, but I think it's a Comcast issue. The device gets a little warm, but other than that I didn't have any major problems. When doing Zumba on a scale, the cable connection is very important. My son is very happy with the speed of his computer games.
