Received with defective plug.

The product came with a defective plug. The boxes didn't look damaged so it must have been packed that way from the factory. I didn't install this item because I don't want to install broken parts and get them working. defeats the purpose of buying a new product. I have returned the product and will not buy from this manufacturer again.
