Exactly what I needed!

I bought this so the buttons and indicators on the front of the Supermicro CSE-846 would work. I'm used to it. I am using an ASRock Rack ROMED8-2T motherboard and with this cable everything works as expected. You can find a pinout for Supermicro's front panel connector online and make a similar cable yourself, but having something pre-made with all the connectors broken and clearly labeled is a huge time saver.
