I ordered the 2nd set. Arrived on 2/5/18. I opened the battery compartment on one of the alarms, I was interested in the size and number of batteries. I don't know what it's called, but a piece fell out and now the alarm doesn't work. Doberman, can I have a spare, please? Again a good intruder alarm system worth buying 1/31/18 I like it I've ordered a second set for multiple windows. I gave the product 4 runs because a magnet (smaller piece) fell out of the door. The only one who falls. All the rest will not let you down. I think the surface is important. I put the problem magnet back on and reinforced the magnet once or twice a day. He's pretty loud. It will startle anyone who doesn't wait for the alarm signal. Scared me multiple times.
