The system is very easy to use. Any novice can utilize it right away. The system comes with training manuals and video tutorials. As a team member, there are many functions that are essential to our daily operations. It is very easy to record all the calls. We also utilize the call and chat modules to help our customers. The system really helps to increase customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience. We have not met any problems. It is a must have tool for all offices. A must have. Many benefits. Customer service, tracking calls, tracking our time, being able to chat with our customers. I like that it helps us organize our events better than any other system we've used before! It's easy for my staff members who are not techies at all (or don't know how much they should be learning) because of its simplicity - you can learn as needed very quickly with this platform!! We have had little problems so far but nothing too major or costly either time wise nor moneywise considering what people pay just by using their own devices vs paying telecommute employees monthly fees etc..
