I like that you can customize your portal as much or little as needed depending upon what services are being offered by telecommunication companies (ie AT&T). It's easy for people who don't have tech skills of their own to use but it would be nice if there were more options available so they could learn how things work without having someone teach them each time something new needs done. I really like that it's customizable so different types of events can be managed with one system rather than having multiple ones for each event type you are hosting or managing at any given time (i am also very picky about software). I enjoyed using telePorte for our annual conference last year! We were able to have a more intimate event by not having all of us stay at different hotels across town or out of state; this was much easier than planning travel arrangements with other companies that do traditional group rooms/hotels (like Marriott).
