A Great Tool For Making Your contact center operations smooth

Easy to use interface with multiple options of customization available. The best thing about this tool was its flexibility in terms of integration which we were able to achieve easily through API integrations.The support team at Asc has been very helpful during our project deployment as well as post-deployment assistance. There are some features like Call Recording or Attachments etc.,which can be improved upon but overall I would say it's one of those tools you need if your looking for easy to manage Contact Center solutions without much hassle! We have used asc from last 5 years in my organization & never faced any issue till now (even after migration).
