I bought this camera in January 2019. It was working properly exactly two years after the date of purchase/order. The camera showed no rear image and no guide line. Since the camera had a two-year guarantee and my camera was technically within this range according to the delivery date (one day after ordering), I contacted LeeKooLuu customer service via email and described the problem. After a few emails confirming the symptom, customer service agreed to send me a replacement. Communication was hassle free and delivery was very quick. When received the reversing camera was replaced and is now in excellent working condition. Thanks Andy, support! The cause of the problem with the camera was a broken wire that passed through the rubber sleeve for wiring between the trunk and its lid (it turned off when the wire was removed from the sleeve). I think it's because of the cold weather and frequent climbs. This could be something that cannot be avoided depending on the car's wiring root.
