I gave it four stars because the handle doesn't feel too strong. I also feel like I have to use a bit of pressure to get the dirt out of the bin, but I have to be honest, overall it does the job. I'm glad I got this because it cleans the broom really well and the broom itself is soft and works well with my hardwood floors.
