They do what they say. I use them for small network devices/NVR cases with rack mounted UPSs that don't have much space in the back. It really helps when I need to use wall power supplies for various USB or HDMI devices in a tight closet. If there is anything that can be improved, they should be even narrower so that they can be better placed next to UPSs or power strips with outlets that are close together.
