I came across the Worthy Dog brand at a Christmas kiosk in Bryant Park, NY and it was a life saver. This is the only shirt that fits my fairly overweight dog π Other shirts will be too tight or too long. I have ordered 3 more from Amazon. The fact is that the buttons go in the back, not in the front π but that doesn't bother me. Velcro fasteners, decorative buttons. my dog is a 23lb Bichon Shihtzu, the plus size fits him perfectly.
