I like LG phones, used to be G3 V20 and G6. This phone is just as wide but longer than my old V20. I came from Android 10 but couldn't update it to Android 11. I think it tried but failed. In the meantime I bought this phone updated. This is my first updated phone. Everything is like new, the buttons are tight, the camera works, the sound is loud and clear. The battery life if I leave it on the table is around 10 hours, if I use it all day I get around 8 and will charge it when it drops to 30%. The screen is good and big for watching YouTube videos or GPS. I think I like the flat screen better than this curved edge design as the edges are a bit darker. Also, it's harder to find screen protectors with curved glass. I added a screen protector but it was difficult to install and looks like rubber plastic. Adding a case and magnet to hold the phone in the car makes the phone much heavier. This phone connects to 5G on T-Mobile. The phone starts up with the t-mobile logo and has several t-mobile apps installed. I just put in my SIM card and SD card and it worked. I used the LG Switch app to transfer everything from my old V20. However, I've seen a notification that my SD card has been ejected a couple of times. Please reinsert the SD card. I pulled the card out once but not the second time and it seems like the card is still visible even though I left it. Maybe that's why he decided to upgrade, not sure, or it was just a 2x mistake. Overall pleased with this refurbished velvet, LG will consider an Amazon Renew buyback.
