There is nothing under the transparent fabric, additional clothing is required under it.
I love the design and how it fits, I don't like having to wear extra clothing underneath to prevent my underwear from being exposed.

- Bought it for my 3 year old daughter and it fits perfectly. She loves it. It is the same as shown in the picture.
Cons
- The dress is only suitable for girls, which makes it a limited market.
