I liked that it was partially assembled with the cable attached to the handle and it worked as described to repair my chair. I disliked that the instructions were not clear on how to attach the cable end to the chair release mechanism. I had to watch a U Tube video from the UK on the proper method. If anyone wants to know how to install it in a Bassett chair, let me know.
