I bought this Heartland set/tote when I was 6.5 pounds. Now he weighs 9 kilos. This seat is very roomy. HEARLAND recently developed a seat cushion. The pillow definitely provides comfort for my pup. So much so that my pup tried to get on the pillow even before I put him on the seat. My pup normally sits in the chair but now he jumps in and lies down straight away (so I'd say he finds it comfortable too). The seat has multiple pockets for everything you need for your pet. I carry water plates, water, toys, etc. I like that the seat can be used as a stretcher. I've also used this feature and it's great. The safety hook inside is a plus. The harness offers enough space for the dog to move around and still be safe. PROS1. This new pillow is amazing. My puppy Kylo loves it, he jumps on it straight away and is comfortable. The pillow is not bulky at all, it is just the right size, fit and comfort. With space and cushion, this seat/carrier offers a very comfortable and comfortable ride.2. Spacious This seat/carrier offers a lot of space. My puppy can move and change position easily.3. SafetyThe safety hook on the inside offers the right freedom of movement without restricting it.4. Flexibility The seat can be used as a carrier. It's super easy to wear and comfortable. This seat is also easy to fold and store away as it takes up minimal space. Very easy to set up and install. CONS: There are no cons. The Heartland Car Seat/Pet Carrier has everything you and your pet need (space, security, comfort). It's durable and both me and my pup love it. Photos show how comfortable and spacious it is. A clear 5 star product.
