This is my favorite impulse buy. Due to pandemic issues I am currently only cooking at home. These deli bowls are amazing. Whenever I opened them up I thought they were pretty flimsy and might not be as effective as I would like. I was wrong! I have worked in school catering for 14 years and am committed to food safety. So I needed something that would thaw thoroughly and quickly to comply with food safety regulations. These do just that! I've seen others complain about the silicone feet coming off easily, but I've found that once I put them on and placed the pan in the casserole dish, they stay in place perfectly. They are easy to clean, just like the pans themselves. I place them in a rimmed casserole dish to collect dripping condensation instead of making a mess. I spread the frozen product out on a thawing tray and after about 30 minutes turn it over and shift it to the warmer side of the tray. I've found that most foods thaw and stay cold in under an hour!
