Review on πŸ”΄ Sleek Mystic Red Samsung Galaxy Buds Live with Active Noise Cancelling - Wireless Earbuds by Stanislaw Was ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

The headphones generally meet my expectations. The headphones won't fit well until you cleanse your ears every day, so be sure to do that. :-)) They "slide" out of position when chewing, too. - in terms of silence creation. The attenuation of low frequencies is nearly perfect (upwards of 100%), whereas that of medium and high frequencies is roughly 30%. I believe they did it for security reasons. The results are intriguing; for instance, you can clearly hear the passing of a truck, the sound of its tires, and the hum of a vacuum cleaner. It could appear like there is no noise abatement at all if you go out on a busy street. To hear the difference, disable the noise reduction. While it's true that noise canceling works wonders on traffic sounds (even when you're miles from the nearest road), there are occasions when it actually improves jerky sounds like the tap of a hammer or the "ragged" sound of wind through an open train window. There is no lag time when watching videos; the phone instantly syncs the image to the audio. No, I won't discuss video games here. For the record, I am not a gamer.

Pros
  • Good acoustics. Don't make them any bigger than normal ears. Powerful battery life. I use it for exercise and they stay there, which is a huge plus. Hearing is fine. Strong in its ability to muffle outside sounds. Strong signal within buildings up to 10 meters away (did not test further). Conversations are clearly audible.
Cons
  • One, when you're outside and the wind is blowing, the sound can get cut off if you turn your head and the phone is in your pocket. The solution is not to look away or pick up the phone. It's true, but it's rare for this to happen to me. Second, noise cancellation is not a panacea.
