This is my short term review. The pot looked great when opened. The quality is good, the locking system is nice and quirky and seems to work. The real question for me though is how it will look after I cook some bacon. I am this. I immediately tested it with Korean bacon and. it burned him very quickly. However, using a cleaning pad means that it is easy to clean with a minimal amount of soap and water, but leaves some discoloration even after a single use. No wow what a deal. The cleaning pad did not scratch or damage the pan. HOWEVER, I noticed a very strong metallic taste on one piece of food. I checked for possible damage to the anodized finish after cleaning the pot. I haven't found any. so I don't know where that comes from. Benefits Lightweight Heat exchanger works Easy to clean Handle locks Minus - Handle doesn't lock to secure lid and contents - Lid gripper pulls down easily while cooking - Spoon gets dirty. Disgusting-mysterious metallic taste at times. will update later to see if it happens again
