Water boils faster on my propane stove

Have seen this on my stove lately. It seems to boil water faster than my other pot. And I get my minutes faster, and since I'm camping, using less propane is a good thing.

Just the perfect size for pot and pan

A very good pot in its own right. I can boil water, cook soup, stew vegetables, fry eggs. Just the perfect size. Also perfect to place a wood fired gas hob inside making a neat cooking set.

Great design and good quality

I bought this for the sole reason to use with my BioLite stove which burns wood, wood pellets, twigs etc and quickly gets nice heat with less gives off heat loss. All in all a great purchase. Very happy with it. Now make a 9 inch pan like this one. Please.

Great but the smell sure is very unhealthy

One problem: The thing stinks when in use and I thought I just have to burn some coating from production and then everything will be fine, but I got it used several times on a notoriously good wood stove (fourth was propane to ensure it actually smelled even without the wood smoke). As a result, I got an alpha pot from the sea up instead.

Very handy but be careful.

It arrived just in time for me to use on the AT trip but. its base was too big. My camp stove that I carry didn't have enough room for the pan to stand properly. The pan isn't to blame, it's just not compatible with small cookers. It has a foil pattern to increase heat absorption and your stove needs a larger foot pattern to avoid getting stuck in the ring recess and I didn't have time to buy another stove before my trip or desire. Like I said, it's not the fault of the pot itself, I justโ€ฆ

Ok best in Camp Kitchen so far

This is my short term review. The pot looked great when opened. The quality is good, the locking system is nice and quirky and seems to work. The real question for me though is how it will look after I cook some bacon. I am this. I immediately tested it with Korean bacon and. it burned him very quickly. However, using a cleaning pad means that it is easy to clean with a minimal amount of soap and water, but leaves some discoloration even after a single use. No wow what a deal. The cleaning padโ€ฆ
