The day I bought these shoes, I put them on and my right heel made a clicking sound with every step. I decided the shoes simply needed to be put on and wore them in my carpeted office for several weeks. However, the clicks didn't stop. I decided to take the shoes to a shoe repair shop near my office and was told there was something wrong with the heel, but for $20 the heel could be removed and replaced. I thought it was too much and decided to take the shoes to the local Cole Haan store. I was told that although THEY made the shoes, there was nothing they could do and that I was no longer able to ask for help. I've worn their moccasins for many years but don't wear them anymore - either stick with your product or you've lost me as a customer. My opinion is be careful.
