Review on 🚗 Ozeri Touch Bath Scale - 440 lbs Total Body Weight, Fat, Muscle, Bone & Hydration Measurement with Auto Recognition and Infant Tare Technology by Douglas Holla

I received the scale and adjusted the profile. Then I tried to take the weight but the device wouldn't turn on when I stepped on it. Batteries are not empty. When I click the setting, I'm prompted for profile information even though my profile is already registered. It doesn't matter if the container is included or not. Resetting didn't help. I called the company and got a recording on the number provided in the instructions. Then I read the negative reviews here. There are a few formulaic comments from the manufacturer/seller about 'accidental' faulty devices and their commitment to excellence. "Sometimes" seems to put it mildly. For 2 days without a call back, all I can say is that the customer service is also bad. I will return this item. I am extremely disappointed. I have a wonderful Ozeri kitchen scale, but this scale is not good.
